"As a professional designer I've had the opportunity to collaborate with many famed artists. The sculpture "SUN TIME," a privately contracted work, was conceived, designed and developed by renowned Florida artist Hal Stowers, and is a stunning example of his amazingly broad and diverse talent. Hal is indeed an environmentally aware artist.

"SUN TIME" is a magical fusion of artistry and architecture, blending the beauty of curves with ridged forms of brushed stainless steel in such a delicate and passionate way as to deceive the admirer into believing the piece is not static. Hal's idea of the setting elliptical forms on a central access and changing the focal plains have the viewer believing his illusion – that the sculpture is in constant motion. It is nothing short of amazing.

Having had the honor and pleasure of working with Hal as an observer and suporter architecturally, I am witness to the joy and passion he puts into everything he does.
